BREEDERS’ CUP
CHALLENGE
At the invitation of event chair Chef Bobby Flay, we have produced the annual welcome reception for the VIP guests at the Breeders’ Cup World Championships since 2011. Drawing on our culinary expertise and network, we created the Taste of the World which has featured chefs representing each of the 15 countries participating in the Breeders’ Cup.
IDEA
We secure and manage all the chef participants, including Bobby Flay, Nobu, Iron Chef Morimoto, François Payard, Marcus Samuelsson, Aarón Sanchez, and Hugh Acheson, Angie Mar, Mary Sue Milliken and Pierre Thiam.
RESULTS
With rave reviews from guests, the Karlitz-produced welcome event is on a winning streak, now entering its tenth year! With The World Championships relocating every year, we have produced this event in diverse locations, including Warner Bros. Studios (Los Angeles), Birch Aquarium (La Jolla, CA), and a horse barn at WinStar Farm (Lexington, KY).
